They charge outrageously high fees for little to no work. I was completely disrespected by staff there while asking simple questions. Completely unprofessional staff. Would not recommend this firm to anyone.

I was very hopeful after talking with my attorney and retaining them for my case, but our communication was minimal. Just after the date and survey of video evidence, it seemed that my case was a loss and the results were lackluster at best. Do not hire these people. I was supposed to meet one of their paralegals and she ghosted me during our scheduled appointment. When a firm gets too big its vigor and fight is lost for their clients, thus just a mediocre servant to State compliance to benefiting the weathly. Thanks for nothing Alexrod.

Axelrod and associates have railroaded me, they should’ve seen me in a small claims court for me to receive my money back but because they knew I would win that suit they sued me for more money to bring it to a different court a court where they are probably well known and I’m a nobody! I have proof that Axelrod has lied to me and I have paper proof of that. They hired a lawyer, ballad and watson to try to intimidate me with letters and letters and letters! I’ve been waiting months and months for the court to send me a court date to defend myself, and to receive my money back from someone that who has lied and deceived me during my whole case. Axelrod gave me back half of my money, I wonder why? Just a warning in my opinion do not use Axelrod and associates. They have deceived and lied to me many times, and was very unprofessional to say the least! In my opinion, I would never use this law firm again, unless you want to lose money with no representation!

Currently with a nowiki of the rock hill branch on serious criminal charges and it's like he doesn't even care!!! I am deathly afraid of going to prison a long long time and he says plead no contest? No plea bargain and spent a fortune. Nothing hand written in my case file which I had to request. I don't feel confident in them at ALL and fear they may literally cost me my life. I cry nearly everyday and they get paid to say well maybe a flimsy explanation and plead for leniency will be good.

COMPLETELY WASTED MY MONEY HIRING AXELROD TO REPRESENT ME FOR A TRAFFIC VIOLATION. PAID 400 DOLLARS FOR REPRESENTATION, THE ATTORNEY PLED GUILTY FOR A SMALLER FINE AND THEN NEVER CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME I HAD TO PAY THE FINE FOR A SMALLER FEE. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION AND I WOULD NEVER HIRE THIS PLACE. I CALLED TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED AND WAS INFORMED THE PERSON WORKING MY CASE NO LONGER WORKED THERE. WHAT A SURPRISE. AS OF NOW 2 YEARS LATER I HAVE NO LICENSE.

Overcharged me a big time for service, did not resolved the issue. Took a long time to report back to me, very poor communication. I have to wait for a long time to talk to someone. Christie Chestnut who handle my case was very rood and unprofessional. At the end she make me pay again for a ticket! Would not recommend at any circumstances!
