This firm has surpassed my expectations. They are so knowledgeable and well connected they made this process painless for me. The worst legal experience I’ve ever had. As a paralegal with over 10 years of experience, I know what professionalism looks like & this firm failed miserably. After paying the retainer, I was treated with disrespect, my court date was missed, and they blamed me. The original paralegal I trusted abruptly left, and I was accused of lying about our agreement. I was denied access to Mr. Axelrod and left in the dark while my case was mishandled. I eventually had to contact the clerk’s office myself to find out about fines they never told me about. They showed no care, no communication, and no accountability. I was 100% innocent and needed an advocate, not condescension. This firm did the bare minimum and treated me like a burden. Do not be fooled by their high ratings I would not recommend this firm to anyone. If you want to be ignored, blamed, and disrespected, this is the place. Yours truly, Carmen L.

Stay far away from Attorney Mike D. Coleman. This firm has a drunk working there that will abandon your case. Mike Coleman never communicated with me about court he takes your money and flee want return calls he didn't give business card or receipt. Worse lawyer ever trust me please. This firm and lawyer is poor. It's much better options out there don't get ripped off here.
