Mr. Fallon is very hard of hearing. His communication skills are very poor. He filed an entry with the court that was the polar opposite of what we wanted... instead of being able to write reviews concerning a bad rental situation, he filed a gag order.
Poor communication skills. He’s very hard of hearing so I suggest you get everything in writing or record conversations, he’s not proficient in computers, internet or phones, very antiquated .
