Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I cannot say enough about the care, professionalism, and compassion Myers showed while helping us navigate my mom’s estate. What could have been an overwhelming and emotional process was made so much more manageable because of his guidance and support. From the very beginning, he took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring we understood each step and felt confident in the decisions being made. Beyond his expertise, what truly stood out was his empathy. He approached every interaction with genuine understanding and respect for what my family was going through. It never felt transactional—it felt like he truly cared about helping us do things the right way. I’m deeply grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone needing legal assistance with estate matters.

I received a speeding ticket in TN and being from out of state I needed someone local to help me understand what I needed to do in this situation. In hiring Myers Massengill he provided all the information, and needed requirements to help with this traffic violation. Myers checked in with me regularly and his communication through this whole process was excellent. I followed all of his instructions as he outlined and he was able to have my speeding ticket dismissed.
Used this attorney to facilitate the closing of an estate. Very knowledgeable. Guided me through each step and made this process easy to go through. Communication was very timely and direction was clear. Would highly recommend.
Mr. Massengill II was very helpful and respectful. He took the time to explain each step of the probate process. He made it easy to understand and was able to bring this to a quick resolution. Thank you.
It was a really nail biting time for me. I had already been turned down twice but he gave me the confidence to try again and we won! I highly recommend Myers and Sandra. He helped me when the snow kept us from meeting at his office so we did phone interviews which really helped me a lot. Thank you so much!!
I have been working with Myers since 2001. He has done my divorce, living will,POA and many other things. He is very easy to talk with and happy to explain things in a way you can understand. Very compassionate and understanding. I would recommend him to anyone needing a terrific attorney!
I am forever grateful I was referred to Myers Massengill II. I appreciate how he walked me through the probate process from out of state. His office went above and beyond to help me, even bringing me keys to the house at night. This was money well spent for piece of mind. If I ever run into someone who needs guidance, he's my 1st call! -Carey Hinrichs
