Lance Hinson and son Wyatt Hinson helped me to make a decision on mineral rights. These contracts will be very important in the future, let them explain it in language you understand. If not, you could possibly make a costly mistake. I 100% recommend them!

Mr. Hinson speaks in terms you can understand, advises whether something can or can't be done and responds to the matter in a very timely manner. His expenses do not seem exorbitant and he is easy to work with. I would use him again without hesitation.
