Hired Attorney

Andy was willing to work with me for a reasonable fee, knowing that I was essentially a single mother at the time. He also was very patient with me even though I filed and then withdrew divorce proceedings against my husband twice. Andy also was kind enough to roll over the money I had given him up front and applied it to drafting a will & healthcare directive/power of attorney paperwork. My only complaint would be that I had to stay on the ball & contact him to find out the status of my case.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
