Does job well
He was assigned to me as a Public Defender. He may be a fine lawyer but, in my case, he had not bothered to find out much about the case, had made up his mind about me before he even talked with me. He was hostile and uncooperative, refused to meet with me before court, was rude and bullying to me when I refused to knuckle under and essentially cop a plea and pay a fine. He seemed afraid of the judge and, without bothering to tell me why, was resistant to my request for a postponement.
