Mr. LaMonica openly discussed our concerns, took them into consideration, made suggestions, and implemented the appropriate changes to our outdated documents. He was casual and friendly while remaining professional throughout the process. We were the last appointment of the day and he even went back to the closed office to look for our lost cell phone!
