Angelo agreed to draft a prenup 2+ months prior to my wedding. He assured me this was plenty of time. He charged me $5,000 upfront. After receiving the retainer, Angelo became generally unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Ultimately the agmt was not completed in time because of his delays (he sent the document to the other side ~10 days pre-wedding day). He demanded $3,500 more to complete the agmt post wedding, I refused (his fault the agmt was not completed) and he did not finish the job.

If you're in the unfortunate position of needing a parent coordinator to navigate co-parenting after a split—especially with multiple kids involved—do yourself a favor and steer clear of Linda Schofel. Hired to supposedly bridge communication gaps between my ex and me for our four children, she quickly revealed herself as little more than a self-serving opportunist masquerading as a professional.From the outset, her methods were laughably inept: convoluted email threads that went nowhere, vague "guidance" that felt cribbed from a generic self-help book, and an astonishing lack of insight into real family dynamics. It's as if she believes her clients are too dim to notice when they're being strung along for billable hours. And oh, those hours add up—fast. Linda's primary talent seems to be inflating fees while delivering zero tangible results, turning what should be a supportive process into a blatant cash grab.The courts either turn a blind eye or are complicit with people like her.

Albertina Webb conveyed incorrect results of closed door court sessions. She took on my case without advising them her focus would be her personal life. Albertina Webb’s approach was to bad mouth other attorneys, brags about her relationships with judges who possibly could be on the case Middlesex Courts and to assure me how her friendly relationship with her adversary attorney would work in resolution. I found that the one thing Albertina Webb was able to efficiently do was send emails. Informing Albertina that the actions in the first bill of 3.5k were a failure and her incorrect understanding of family law was met with a nasty reply stating “I ain’t prepping for nothing “. Multiple attempts to reach the Founder of the firm Angelo Sarno doesn’t return calls or address issues of malpractice. Being left on hold for 10 minutes, and hung up on multiple times when attempting to reach anyone. 4 days of unreturned calls. Finally received

Spoke today to Paul which is the leading lawyer about my case. I told him I had not choosen a lawyer yet but have talked to a few for my personal injury case. Can you believe he said "I usually dont take people that are still shopping around because I could be wasting my time now." Now he didnt even give me a chance but what lawyer would say that? If its not worth it for him to "waste" his time while I explain my situation but its worth it for me to waste my time with him? Why would anyone choose him?

Linda Schofel needs to be reported to the NJ Bar Association. I have worked with numerous lawyers, but she is the most unethical, unscrupulous one. Many lawyers care for their clients, she only cares about money...not doing the right thing. I'm not even sure how someone like her could sleep at night with all the evil deeds she does. In our case, specifically, it is quite evident that her involvement has done nothing but complicate the case. Yet, she does not even have the human decency to resign so that everyone in the case (both parents and the child) could eventually find a way to peace. It is people like Linda Schofel who only want to profit from other people's divorces. She knows how to work the system. If you hire this woman for any purpose, I guarantee you will regret it.

The client was unsatisfied with her service and sent her an email with a list of grievances. She responded to it with an 89 page certification with 2 volumes of exhibits and billed the client 33K for it. The client refused to pay, but the Courts ruled against him. All of it is sick.

I was deeply disappointed with this divorce attorney's services. They were consistently unresponsive and failed to communicate important updates. Furthermore, the lack of empathy and strategic guidance made an already stressful situation even worse.

I recommend you run away from this woman as fast as you can. She allows her ego to taint her decisions and can be a danger to your children. She is a vain, egotistical, and vengeful attorney. She ignored my daughter completely when she expressed fear of her father. Lied to the judge stating I wrote a document that my daughter had written. And, now that my daughter is an adult, Linda Schofel is the person who is responsible for my daughter having ZERO relationship with her father. ZERO! Linda thought she knew best. Her LCSW degree does not qualify her for anything complex when it comes to human beings. Well, Linda, congratulations. The guy that conned you (yes, he conned you, like so many others) has not had a relationship with his daughter is almost 2 years now! She also blatantly LIED TO THE JUDGE saying I owed her all the legal fees I was responsible for. Cost me plenty to fight that one in court, proving what I had paid her! BEWARE

Linda schofel was our parenting coordinator. She is as greedy as they come. She billed us over 20K for a document she submitted to the court. She claimed to have worked and billed us for 50 hours. Motions take a fifth of the time to do. She is dishonest and senile. She'd make recommendations that were entirely inconsistent. One year she'd make a recommendation one way and next year it would go the other way...when the court order never changed. She probably just couldn't remember. This woman is an obsolete dinosaur who takes notes with pen/paper and then bills you for the additional time she spent writing with a pencil. This isn't even the worst part. She has a God complex. If you so much as disagree with her, she will use her power to make you pay by interpreting the court order against you. She's vindictive to say the least. She represents everything that is wrong with the legal system.

We hired Linda Schofel as a parenting coordinator. She is as greedy as she is immoral. This woman's bottom is money. She's incompetent--does not remember details of a case nor put two and two together. She shows favoritism and a double standard when managing issues in a case. No matter how much concrete evidence I gave her that my ex was wrong about an issue, she would just insist he is 'smart and handsome' and could do no wrong. She has done nothing to help parenting through an acrimonious divorce. In fact, she only complicated matters. She has no concern for your child, all this immoral woman wants is money. Don't hire her!!!
