Attorney Espinoza’s experience encompasses civil litigation in employment law cases, federal immigration litigation before the Department of Justice, U.S. District Courts as well as Circuit Courts of Appeals, and litigation before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. Mr. Espinoza is a former deputy city attorney for the cities of Corona and Fontana, California. He draws on his depth of experience to his clients’ advantage.

Complemented as an “expert, forceful”[1] advocate before the Department of Justice, EOIR, Attorney Espinoza has a winning record in complicated immigration matters. He was voted a “Top Attorney” in 2015 and 2016 as published in Pasadena Magazine and was recognized as a Top Attorney in Workers’ Compensation in 2018 by the American Institute of Legal Counsel.

Mr. Espinoza did a GREAT JOB with my workers comp. case. he was very helpful in accomplishing my goals. Mr Espinosa took on my disability claim I really didn’t know were to turn. He was recommended to me a choice I sure glad I did. They worked diligently with follow ups would promptly call back with any questions I had. He took on a big company for me .He told my story of course we one.The point is I would recommend him to anyone in a work related incident.I can never thank the whole team that was fighting for me. Mr. Espinoza helped me with my worker’s compensation case and he was very understanding and helpful. He was always available either via phone or email. He was honest and upfront with all his answers!
