The Law Offices of Travis Oliver IV, APLC is a law firm established in 2010 with an office in Monroe, LA. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing oil and gas, corporate law, real estate and 4 other areas of law.
We have used Travis for a number of real estate and commercial transactions. He is extremely intelligent and very easy to work with. He responds quickly to emails, text messages and phone calls. He did a several thousand agricultural transaction for us. He also has been the closing attorney on a large number of our commercial buildings and has drawn up the leases for the tenants which moved in. Travis has done excellent work for us and I have sent a number of friends and family to him.
