Hired Law Firm

We asked Scott Wolleson to review medical care for my deceased mother.. He requested and combed through volumes of medical records to find there was negligence that contributed to her death. We were not aware the provider had been negligent. His representation resulted in the medical provider attorney and insurer accepting they were negligent and paying a settlement in lieu of trial. Scott quickly returned all my calls and answered all questions related to the case.

Mr. Wolleson and Mr. Woodard handled a civil matter that was handled with the highest of quality. Although this matter was small in nature, we felt we were treated as if it were a much larger issue.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
