I paid Mr. Seaton a deposit in 2008 for services to assist me in getting monies paid back to me by my ex husband in the amount of $60,000.We did go to court once and a continuance was granted. My last contact with Mr. Seatons paralegal Myrna Chipman was 7/14/09. It stated that "Mr. Seaton has been called into court tomorrow so your case is going to have to be continued. I will notify you of a new date as soon as we receive same. Needless to say, we don't need to see you." Last communication.
