I believe every person should be very aware of everything involved with their case because no one cares more what the outcomes is than the person HOWEVER, David really made me rethink that since we started dealing with him and while I am not that easily impressed this young man is truly headed to be number one in every field!He is very knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and worth every penny paid to him. Hopefully we never need another attorney but if I do I will use David again for certain.

Chloe is a very young Associate. New in her career and it shows. She lacks knowledge and tends to let her emotions taint a case. If I would have know she was like that, I would have requested another attorney. I was not pleased with her outcome in my situation.
He is completely understand responsive most of the time, dropped the ball costing me legally on more than one occasion. Does not follow through on his commitments to clients. He accused clients of not paying the bill in an effort to get more money. He is very convincing until you actually hire him and he's expected to do something.

I originally contacted the Firm and talked to Ken Cochrane. He referred me to mr Fltecher. I met with Mr Fletcher once during my 11-12 month divorce proceedings. All following contact was primarily by assistants. I was not given any disomaster until around the 8 month. He was unaware of case details after 6 months and could not remember facts of the case. He never appeared in court for 2-3 hearings. His stated to me he was to busy. I paid him more than I paid x-wife.
