Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Mr. Klimjack was extremely professional and also took the time to explain the process of a bankruptcy and answer all my questions. His staff was very helpful and courteous in assisting us in filling out the paperwork and insuring everything was in order. I had called on two occasions to speak with Mr. Klimjack concerning our affairs and both times I was able to speak with him immediately. Communication was excellent.
I was very pleased with his services. He was easy to talk to and I felt like he represented me well.
Attorney Klimjack was very personable, but his office is so busy, that the staff does not follow up on e-mails. Several papers were not filed on time, and getting answers by telephone took several calls before anyone would return the call and answer the questions or take care of the matter. I was not made aware of full procedural steps, and was required to travel 300 miles several times, when I felt the office staff should have taken care of it.
Only see attorney in actual court setting. Must correspond with paralegals who are rude and impersonal. Klimjack - if you can see him- seems to be pretty humane. However, who wouldn't be if you are paying them?
Never returns phone calls, failed to file proper paper work to complete bankruptcy which resulted in my loss of vehicle.
After final payment for chapter 13 bankruptcy filing was made, he did not return calls or respond to certified letters until we actually contacted the court.
I very rarely got a response from Klimjack's office on my first call. I usually had to call more than once. I even sent e-mail, fax and the last request for a response was by letter sent USPS signature required. I still got no response.{para}After paying $470 for 5 years, 6 months after the discharge, I find I owe almost $1000 in property taxes. Klimjack's office told me they would take care of these taxes with the bankruptcy. They failed to tell me interest would still be owed.{para}DO NOT HIRE!!
Once your case is filed you will never speak to him again either on the phone or by appointment to his office. I fired him and hired a competent bankruptcy attorney.
Does not return phone calls or help you at all after you file. After they get paid, you are of no interest to him.
