Hired Attorney Mr. Frank Kruse

Frank Kruse is a thief. My uncle passed away in 2016,and I am one of two heirs of his estate. He is assigned as the administrator of the estate that has taken 8 long years to to finally sell. In 2018 the property was appraised at 1.8 million, and supposed to have sold for only $580k. After his fees, and other legal fees, he offered to distribute me only 75k to me...IF I SIGNED A RELEASE AND CONSENT FORM, which I didn't. It's been 9 months since the property sold, and I haven't received one red cent. I hired an attorney in Alabama which I feel has lunch and golfs with him everyday(SMH),and still cant even get the final settlement documents from Kruse. They are all crooks, and thief's.

Hired Attorney Mr. Frank Kruse

Frank Kruse steals unclaimed property from the deceased. As soon as they get the money they won't answer the phone or send payment as they are required to do. I see he does this a lot. He needs.to be investigated.

Hired Law Firm

My brother-in-law passed away in 2008 and my sister passed away in 2012. Their adopted son passed in 2015. They had a life insurance policy on my nephew & I was contacted by the insurance company by letter in 2016 concerning the policy. My nephew has a daughter who was 2 at the time. I live in Georgia and was basically told to have the probate court handle this in Mobile county. Its been 3 years since Mr. Kruse received the funds and nothing has yet to be set up. Now I am hiring a lawyer. WTH!!!

Hired Law Firm

Mr. Kruse used his court-appointed position to trap our estate, and soak our estate to pay his fellow appointees. Judge Davis reversed his own rulings so Kruse didn't have to gather the assets, pay the taxes or give full records and assets to the heirs.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
