Frank Kruse is a thief. My uncle passed away in 2016,and I am one of two heirs of his estate. He is assigned as the administrator of the estate that has taken 8 long years to to finally sell. In 2018 the property was appraised at 1.8 million, and supposed to have sold for only $580k. After his fees, and other legal fees, he offered to distribute me only 75k to me...IF I SIGNED A RELEASE AND CONSENT FORM, which I didn't. It's been 9 months since the property sold, and I haven't received one red cent. I hired an attorney in Alabama which I feel has lunch and golfs with him everyday(SMH),and still cant even get the final settlement documents from Kruse. They are all crooks, and thief's.
Frank Kruse steals unclaimed property from the deceased. As soon as they get the money they won't answer the phone or send payment as they are required to do. I see he does this a lot. He needs.to be investigated.
