Hired Attorney Blake Bauer

Blake Bauer with Fields law firm, helped guide me through a successful case in which the long term disability transition from short term had been denied. Over the course of the case he explained all the legal information in a way that was understandable for me, he spelled out what to expect, what options we had and helped me fully understand the consequences of each choice. We successfully navigated the case and I would recommend Fields law to anyone needing a starting point even if its just to ask. They helped me from start to finish and they deserve all the recommendations even if we had not won. They made me feel like I mattered regardless of the potential outcome and that was worth more than the outcome in my opinion.

First of all I’d like to say at a professional manner Blake Bauer handled my case. I have many words to describe Blake. Good at explaining if I didn’t understand a certain thing in my settlement he took time to explain in layman’s terms not the Philadelphia lawyer explanation either. Responsive every time I called or left a message he returned my call immediately.Determined to get the best possible solution to my settlement for my family and myself not to settle for something less than expected or settle just to settle and go on to the next case. Again I can’t say enough good words about Blake and the Fields law firm. Stacey my paralegal was outstanding as she helped me out a lot with understanding the whole process.The whole team of Fields law firm was great and to the point. Blake represented me in my disability claim against my long-term insurance carrier. He was always kind and patient, even when I asked the same question multiple times, or didn't quite understand some things.He was able to explain complicated legal terms and processes in a way I could comprehend. He explained every step in detail and got a pretty good result for me. He always responded very quickly and made me feel like I was his most important client.

Chase did a awesome job a few years back getting a denial claim overturned. Now he has worked hard to make sure that my claim continues after the insurance company was going through their review and it looked at if they might not continue my claim. I plan on calling on Chase in the future if the insurance company looks to end my claim.

My experience with Chase as my attorney went well. He was thorough in explaining the process as I had no understanding of all the legalities pertaining to long term disability and then Social Security Disability. I believed him to be compassionate and understanding of my ailments. We were in the thick of Covid and he was still responsive to my calls.

No one else would take my disability benefits case because I was able to find a much lower functioning job that did NOT meet my minimum income needs. Years later, I'm still struggling with after effects on my cognition and earning ability artery covid. Blake was willing to try, he was very patient with my chairs with communication and retention, and ultimately negotiated a small settlement which helped with my recently accumulated debt. He was respectful, clear, resourceful, and forthright throughout and I am grateful to him and his team.
