Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Fields Law Firm was suggested to me from a good friend for my Workers Comp case. It was a very successful experience for me. I found Blake very professional and attentive to my case. Blake's experience made me feel confident that I made the right choice. He responded to my emails, phone calls and text messages very promptly. The firm is very successful Law firm and I would highly recommend them. A 5+ star rating!!!
First of all I’d like to say at a professional manner Blake Bauer handled my case. I have many words to describe Blake. Good at explaining if I didn’t understand a certain thing in my settlement he took time to explain in layman’s terms not the Philadelphia lawyer explanation either. Responsive every time I called or left a message he returned my call immediately.Determined to get the best possible solution to my settlement for my family and myself not to settle for something less than expected or settle just to settle and go on to the next case. Again I can’t say enough good words about Blake and the Fields law firm. Stacey my paralegal was outstanding as she helped me out a lot with understanding the whole process. The whole team of Fields law firm was great and to the point. I would truly recommend Fields law firm and especially my lawyer Blake Bauer to anyone who would ask me if I know a good lawyer!! Peter M Lars
Blake, Is extremely knowledgeable and supportive to my claim. We had a favorable decision on my disability, due to Blake’s experience and persuasiveness towards noncompliance to disability care. It was a pleasure working with his firm and highly recommended those who are needing assistance with their disability.
Blake represented me in my disability claim against my long-term insurance carrier. He was always kind and patient, even when I asked the same question multiple times, or didn't quite understand some things. He was able to explain complicated legal terms and processes in a way I could comprehend. He explained every step in detail and got a pretty good result for me. He always responded very quickly and made me feel like I was his most important client.
No one else would take my disability benefits case because I was able to find a much lower functioning job that did NOT meet my minimum income needs. Years later, I'm still struggling with after effects on my cognition and earning ability artery covid. Blake was willing to try, he was very patient with my chairs with communication and retention, and ultimately negotiated a small settlement which helped with my recently accumulated debt. He was respectful, clear, resourceful, and forthright throughout and I am grateful to him and his team.
I wouldn't give this man one star. He did nothing for my case. NOTHING! He kept saying during mediation I had the "burden of proof ". While he failed to collect anything to provide the proof. And there was a ton of proof to collect. I had many procedures including two brain surgeries, decompression of nerves near my brain stem and to implant a nerve stimulator on my brain. Trigeminal neuralgia, called the suicide disease due to the excruciating pain. One surgery had a rare side effect, anesthesia dolorosa, an intense burning, there aren't any effective pain relief medications, opiods did nothing, and there is no cure. Blake had informed me prior to mediation I'd be lucky to get $42,000. I wasn't going to work again ever. My job was getting from one day to the next. That didn't sound right. Day of mediation it got down to $42,500. Blake called that lucky. I was a wreck, it should have been stopped. Per their contract I had to pay all of the taxes, $8000, out of the $24,500 I received.
