He was very understanding and extremely helpful. He explained every procedure up to and including the court date. I appreciated everything about my case/situation that I learned. Not having experienced working with a lawyer before, I probably would recommend this firm. I did not meet Curtis Walker at any point and would have appreciated that at some point. They also did not ask if I wanted to have them run my credit report. I assumed that was automatically done, but it wasn't so there were a lot of things left off the bankruptcy that came back to haunt me later. The response time was not always the best for return phone calls but overall I was happy.
The money charged for the services was WAY OVER PRICED; could have got the same services from another attorney for less and end up with exact same results; client/lawyer contact was next to none and most questions that I had, had to be answered from the secretaries; they would rarely allow you to speak with the actual attorney or paralegal(s) and if your bill wasn't paid in full, you would never speak with any attorney; it was obvious that their main goal is solely money.
