In my opinion, an unbelievably horrific experience. My malpractice suit is under Docket no. 81083, Division E, Webster Parish. It is in my opinion, Mr. Johnson's failure to provide exculpatory evidence, Mr. Johnson's threats to tell a federal agent to "crack the whip" and to "get after getting an indictment" when I refused to admit to guilt I was innocent of, and Mr. Johnson's employee stating to me "I did not want all of my constitutional rights” led a federal indictment. These quotes from recorded statements will be available within a coming website, as well as within a YouTube legal analysis channel in the near future concerning Mr. Eric Johnson’s actions and inactions. After winning 4 of 5 motions via Pro-se representation against Mr. Johnson's attorney, Mark Moroux of Gibson Law Firm, of which included a win to not be responsible for their expert opinion cost of over $20,000, the case is currently going to appeal.
