I was arrested for operating under the influence after going the police station to pick up a friend who had been arrested for operating under the influence and was being released. Mr. Hayes said it would take a number of motions and quite a fight but that this was a case that was worth the effort. He was right. Over 15 months after my arrest the case was concluded with an amendment to reckless driving which will be removed from my driving record after 5 years. Mike Hayes did a great job for me at trial on the issue of whether my BAC was .15 at the time of my offense. There were many evidence issues that Mike was able to spring at trial. We were well prepared for all the scenarios that could occur in court and we prevailed.
