Hired Attorney Melissa S. Lobos

Working with this attorney is a total nightmare, very very rude staff included. When the family is already going through a very hard time of the death of a loved one this attorney has no compassionate just the worst you can imagine i do not recommend anyone to use her she is not professional at all. Takes advantage of the elderly clients that she does deal with just blows it off its been a year and 3 months and still no truth from her... Find you an attorney that will be there and take your calls and care about you going through your hard times because this melissa lobos is not any of it...

Hired Attorney Melissa S. Lobos

Never returned calls, took over 2 years to settle family members estate. Never responded to e-mails. We only went with this lawyer because it is who our family member used in the past, even though our family member complained all the time about how Melissa would never return calls and never knew what was going on. I would not recommend this lawyer group to any one.

This was the worst experience we ever had. Attorney Lobo's did not return calls, did not follow through on promises, claimed she lost our file, the list of unprofessionallism goes on & on. Multiple times we stopped in, called, until finally we found a different Attorney. She never even called us since our last visit. You will wait forever for anything to happen. Just do yourself a favor and don't even bother.

Hired Attorney Melissa S. Lobos

Horrible. Non-responsive. Always waited until very last minute to file paperwork. Major errors in tax returns she did. Insisted on being paid in full before all work was done and then did nothing for 4 months. 3 executors in estate and showed extreme favoritism to 2 executors. Would avoid this attorney.

Hired Law Firm

This office has horrible communication and is run my incompetent people. After being told serveral times over a year to change the address they still sent a check worth a large amount to the wrong address, making the client wait several extra weeks for the money. In addition, they do not like to answer the phone or return phone calls. On the off chance you do talk to a person it's impossible to get answers from them. It's always someone else's problem. I highly advise against using this office.
