The receptionist is completely unprofessional and told my ex-husband that she was glad he called and not me (in a very snarky tone). It doesn't matter where you work and who it is that you are dealing with (whether your client or the former spouse of your client) you still have to show professionalism. $2500 to destroy people and be unprofessional.
I would NEVER recommend Mr. Arnall as a divorce attorney. He was not even marginal. He had to re ask me questions that had been given to him several times for my case. One day before court he wasn't ready and this was a no children divorce. Went to court and asking him the simplest questions, he could not answer. Then, he absorbed all the retainer for his mistakes. Oh, yes, he had no time for me because of his own personal issues. Sorry Sir, you did this to yourself!!
They never contacted me! Don’t wouldn’t waste your time dealing with an attorney who doesn’t even bother to respond!
they don't return calls or emails i never was able to talk to anyone about my problem. i was never able to talk to anyone. they don't call back or email. i don't know what they do but they don't serve the public. maybe my case was not important to them i don't know i couldn't get a response from anyone. i don't know what else to say but i have to type in 1000 characters per this survey. why 1000 characters? they never responded to me email after email i never called because i wasn't able to that is why i emailed and put my contact information on their web page. ok over 400 characters to go and dont have anything else so i will put periods to the end................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
Not recommended for divorce. He plays off that he's doing things but does not follow through. Horrible communication and regularly doesn't even respond to emails etc. Don't bring up money in the divorce or he thinks that's all your interested in. Definitely should stick to traffic court.
