This was a grueling experience. The attorneys are young and inexperienced. They could not keep track of documents whether it was coming from opposing counsel or submitted through their own pipefile. They do not send you any notifications filed through the courts. You are always wondering where you are at in the divorce. I paid them $20K just for the discovery part of my divorce; my situation was not complicated. They didn't end up representing me at mediation because I changed attorneys and I am so grateful I did.
