Sprechman & Fisher, P.A. is a law firm established in 1985 with an office in Miami, FL. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing collections, creditors rights, commercial law and 18 other areas of law.
Sprechman & Fisher was sent to collect a debt from me on behalf of a loan that I defaulted on some years before. I wanted to post a review about them during the covid crisis and state that they have been excellent, professional, and decent in working with me thru the crisis which is rare with most debt collectors. I am appreciative of the flexibility and understanding during the covid crisis that they showed to me.
This company stole over $25,000.00 from me, and they are trying to garnish my wages for an additional $5000, none of this monies I owed. I am seeking some type of assistance with the lies that Kevin Parris told me. He represented himself as an attorney when I go to the bar website he is not even a listed attorney in Florida, this firm is doing some illegal stuff and I will get to the bottom of this. They have caused me to lose my home, car and Kevin has been harrassing me since 2021. I want justice. I will not stop until I get it because this is wrong.
This law firm filed a suit without certified mail notification. I had absolutely no idea. Two days before I was scheduled for a hearing they were rude and negligent. The manager Robert and paper pusher Ms. Tucker were very unprofessional. Is it not illegal to file a claim in court for an appearance and not notify you? They said they mailed something. But no signature required. I moved and all my mail is forwarded!! So so rude in a time of Covid and a medical break tumor crisis.
