We used Robert a few times for a family member. What I learned is that his level of competence and accomplishment is less than 20%. The only time I saw any relentless action was pursuing the advance fee from the family, but afterwards he does not communicate and in fact just takes the plea deal offered to get the case done but no other work involved. I would strongly recommend using another attorney if you want someone to look out for your best interests with the ability to negotiate on your behalf. I was surprised at how many times he was caught off guard in court.

Robert is a shame to the legal profession and more so because of his past experience as a government attorney in the field of public interest work. He deals in bad faith not only with his clients but also with the prosecution team as well. His deals with the other side of the litigation are often filled with lies, deception, and hidden negative aspects. I hired you Robert and you did me wrong know it’s time for everyone else to know the truth about your so called criminal defense practice. You purposely filled the wrong documents with the court system and now it’s public information.

The defense of the rights of the accused requires a high level of communication and commitment from the attorney and in this case it is non-existent. Robert markets his past experience as prosecutor as an asset but in reality it is a liability. There is a lack of credibility stemming from ethics and trust issues with this firm. Very bad service. I shouldn’t never dealt with him and his associates.

The communication with Robert for most of the time was non-existent as he would claim to always be busy which would prevent him from answering phone calls and text messengers therefore having a negative impact on the outcome of my case. I always dealt with respect towards Robert yet he failed me since day one.
