Hired Attorney Joe Taraska

My husband was partially paralyzed from the waist down due to hospital negligence after back surgery. Mr. Taraska accepted our case and fought to win a settlement that would give my husband some of his life back. The hospital would have sent him home with just a wheelchair. Mr. Taraska was very thorough in explaining the process, covering the equipment needs for his disability, and making sure during settlement that we would be able to afford those needs and future medical attention. Mr. Taraska went so far as to follow up with us later, found out my husband has passed away, and advised me that he was now my lawyer and would follow up to be certain that my husband's affairs were being handled properly so that my son and I would be covered. I cannot Thank Mr. Taraska enough for all he has done for our family and would highly recommend him. I would not hesitate to contact him if in need again.

Joe has been a blessing to our family. A devastating medical incident left my wife paralyzed. Our family was reeling from this life changing event. Joe gave my wife her life back by getting her the tools she needed to recover and start living her life again. The level of compassion he showed us during the process was incredible. Never once did I get a whiff of condescension. His compassion towards my wife and children was as genuine as it gets. There are people you meet in life that do what they do for money and those that do what they do because they have a passion. Joe is without a doubt one of the most passionate people I have ever met. He helped our family recover from the most devastating event you could imagine and we will never be able to thank him enough.

Working with Joe was the best experience I have had with an attorney. My son had a surgery that left him incapacitated so I called the law firm . They gave me Joe who was very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING that happened with the surgery. What I love the most about Joe is his compassion. Whenever he called he always asked how my son was doing then we got into business. If you understand bulldogs and how aggressive they are…then you understand Joe. He means business and he gets it done. I appreciate him and everything he did for my family. Joe Taraska is the best and I would recommend t him to anyone and anytime.
