I am a wife of a disabled veteran who applied for homebound status. The VA turned him down. Late last year we received a letter from the VA stating they had made a clear error in the denial.. I tried everything I knew to do to get an answer of why they did not retro active the payment. They put me off at every turn. I emailed Morgan and Morgan,. Robin Hood, called and had a conference call with VA and included my husband. The matter was settled. They said No Charge.They used their time.

When my car was totaled out I was so scared and in a lot of pain. First I called the police then my Insurance company after going to the hospital the next day I called Morgan and Morgan. I knew I could count on them to take care of my needs. I sent them picture of the wreck later Sandi called me and told me they were on the case not to worry. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
