Kenneth and Yessie made filing bankruptcy despite the US Trustee being out on a witch hunt. They were calm throughout the entire situation even when US Trustee kept filing motions. Everything ended up better that I thought and better that they told me it would. We worked out a strategy before I filed. He helped me get a brand new car before filing so that I could rebuild my credit faster during and after bankruptcy. He advised me to wait until after I had surgery to file. Now, I owe nothing.
I retained Kenneth Walton, paid his fee in full, and signed a representation agreement expecting professional legal advocacy. Instead, I experienced prolonged silence, no meaningful communication, and no transparency regarding my case. Despite repeated attempts to obtain basic updates and copies of filings or communications made on my behalf, I received nothing. I was left completely uninformed while my case progressed without my knowledge. Ultimately, a final judgment was entered against me. Unfortunately, this result could have been avoided had there been even minimal communication or diligence. An attorney’s most basic obligations are to communicate with their client and protect their interests. In my case, neither occurred. The lack of responsiveness, accountability, and follow-through caused significant stress and financial harm. This experience fundamentally undermined my trust in the legal profession. If you are considering hiring this attorney, proceed with looking elsewhere.
BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! This lawyer said he would do a simple will and trust and he never did the trust. I have made numerous attempts to get my money back and so far the won't even respond to my emails. When I've called they send me to voicemail. I'm a senior living on limited income and for him to rip me off like this is so wrong!!!
