Hired Michael Hurckes, owner of Ironclad, after a phone interview and they advised that my case had good standing and should not run more than $3K to handle, so I sent the money. Took a few weeks and I finally got to speak to a paralegal for details of my situation. Billing shows that was almost a $300 call. Then no followup calls and kept getting emails that I had a $0 balance due and needed to file for credit before they would be able to speak to me again. Not sure why I needed funding to pay $0 bill balance. Spent months trying to get a response of what I needed to do to speak to attorney and no response. After 8 months I did a little digging and found out that Mr Hurkes license was suspended in Florida the month prior and that there are complaints just stacking up on him. I have filed a complaint with the Florida bar in hopes to get my retainer back that was never actually used for any legal assistance. I am now getting messages that they need me to sign a conset to withd
Complete scam artist! Took my money and did nothing!!!! He’s currently license, suspended to practice law by the Florida bar and the Florida Attorney General. Do not use this man whatever you do there’s a Facebook group of more than 100 people he scammed. He scammed people for millions of dollars is currently under investigation for domestic abuse, never use this man. He pays to have good reviews posted.
Bar License 1040918 is Michael Hurckes in Florida. His bar license has been suspended since September 2025. He is under full investigation with the Florida bar. He is known for scamming people out of hard earned money and then he goes ghost. He has several lawsuits and several judgments against him right now. All you have to do is look up his Florida bar License And you will see what I am talking about. Plus, Google him. There is a Facebook site about him and you will see he has scammed over 1000 people out of their money and he never produces any legal services. People be aware all you have to do is reach out to the FLORIDA bar and they will tell you exactly what is going on and you can read the Supreme Courts documents they have against him right now. If you do not believe any of this, all you have to do is Google him and also use his Florida bar license number and you will find out everything you need to know. There are several law firm names he’s attempting to use to get money!
