Forced to work with Greg because Lew’s attorney involved him as an “assistant”. Surprisingly, he ended up doing 99% of the work. Cross-examine the witness, making objections, etc. except I had to keep reminding him to make objections and sometimes he didn’t even hear what was going on. He did a horrible job cross-examining the only witness the prosecution had, and as a result, this “seasoned attorney” lost my case to a prosecutor who’s fresh out of college. Prior to trial, Greg also told me that if I take a plea deal, he would do some of the required coursework for me. Not only is that illegal, but it’s unethical. This man has no ethics. He also showed up two hours late on the date of trial, because he “forgot”.
