From start to finish, Beatriz was the epitome of professionalism; knowledgeable, ethical, and incredibly kind. I contracted with Beatriz to attempt to bring a contentious custody case to a conclusion that had been with the courts for 5 years. Beatriz was able to assemble the information and be prepared for trial in short order. Her insight into family law is particularly useful and she is well known and received by the judges within the eleventh circuit. The end result of the case was generally adhering to my highest expectations on each point. The attorneys were able to reign in their clients at the last minute and we ended with an eleventh hour settlement leaving room for closure. I would recommend Beatriz to any father in my situation, and I''m sure she would be just as effective for a mom. The last thing that I would like to provide praise for Beatriz is that she both stated within the trial budget but also within my personal budget of what I could reasonably afford. Having an attorney that can do neither of those two items is more destructive than opposing counsel.

We rescued our daughter and granddaughter from an abusive home during COVID and were forced to bring them to New Mexico from Florida due to the circumstances. We got a response for help within six hours from her on a legal site and that initial conversation lasted over an hour. She worked with the Guardian Ad Litem, our expert witness a Forensic Psychiatrist and arranged for a Court Reporter and transcripts which were invaluable because of an uncooperative father. In short, beyond all odds, we’re were able to get a relocation and the girls to safety.
