After getting married I wasn't sure what to do as my 3yrs work permit was coming to an end.. after numerous consultation and most ppl telling me I will have to go home and do it from there.. Azadi law assured that they could get it done at an affordable rate and I wouldn't have to leave... great company great staff and a great lawyer..

I'm an Iranian citizen and hired Azadi team to get my permanent residency via job sponsorship. Calvin was very kind and empathetic from the start about my difficult immigration journey and transparent about the process. In my consultation with him, I told him all my concerns and he patiently went though all the options available to me and provided valuable guidance. He was kind enough to answer my subsequent questions over about 2 years once the paperwork was submitted and even went as far as getting on calls requested by my employer and my parents to answer their questions as well. He and his team were extremely professional and responsive and I had a smooth experience with them responding on my behalf to USCIS' request for evidence. I definitely recommend Calvin and his team for anyone considering getting their permanent residency.

Considero que haber escogido a Calvin para que lleve mi caso, fué la decisión más acertada. Tuve la oportunidad de tener 4 entrevistas incluyendo a Calvin, y esta fué la que me generó mucha confianza por el conocimiento, por la forma clara y la determinación que tenía con respecto a tomar mi caso. Los otros estudios no tuvieron la convicción. Calvin no sólo estuvo seguro de su porcentaje de aciertos, sino que me trasmitió la tranquilidad que necesitaba para apostar por hacer el trámite. La verdad es que estoy muy emocionada por el logro y gratamente agradecida, porque Calvin se tomó la molestia de contactarme independientemente de mi cita y aclararme las dudas que tenía. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
