Poor communication, depends who you talk to (if they answer your calls) on a time line. I was told 2 days after the Medicare questioner, I would get the break of pay. At three weeks I was told it would be two weeks for the break down. At 4 weeks I was told 30 to 45 days to for the break down and direct deposit. They do not return phone calls. If the settlement is paid, are they drawing interest? if it not paid, are they just guessing a timeline? Please feel free to contact me if there is any sought on key complaints, I have email traffic to back uo mu statement.

Greediest group of attorneys you can find in the continental United States. Save your money and dignity and choose a different firm with morals. The folks here only care about their bottom line and will screw anybody including veterans. Took over 70% of my 3M settlement money.

I recommend doing research before committing to anything with this law firm. I was strong-armed into a crappy settlement. The attorneys make it out MUCH better than any of us do. Since they’re taking forty percent from everyone, I imagine that adds up! After every deduction, I was left with almost nothing. It has not felt like anyone has advocated for me during this entire process. I had to look out for myself because I’m just a number to them. My attorney, Samanta Katen, will rarely ever call me back. If I ever do get her on the phone, she’s incredibly rude out of the gate. I think this law firm has a lot of turnover as well. Anytime I find a staff member who is my primary contact, they are abruptly gone soon after. I wanted to believe that this firm is more than an ambulance chaser, but I am completely discontent with how they handled my case.

This attorney illegally beat me out of a lot of money by failing to be honest & diverting the responsibility towards a hand picked Special Master. Everything he said was dishonest. Consumer beware!!!!

My brother filed a proton pump inhibitor lawsuit in 2016 before his death in 2017 and I was made his litigant. I was led to believe I had a very good chance of winning a settlement on my brother's behalf. Here it is April 2020 and I receive a form letter, with no exact information, stating AWKO would no longer represent me because my case does not me the criteria necessary for filing a claim. What have they been doing for the past 4 years? What an unprofessional way to treat clients. I treat toilet tissue better than that! I am very dissatisfied!

I had filed in claim for vaginal mesh injury in 2011. Follow through on the firms part was horrible. I provided all documentation requested and they closed my case without notifying me due to lack of information. I found this out after I called for an update. They have since settled and I am still left with no answers, pain and distrust in this firm.

I had a transvaginal mesh lawsuit. They got me a $9,000.00 settlement and took 86% of it in FEES. My final check was only $1,258.00. I feel robbed, betrayed, cheated, and like this review system is bunk. I checked them out and they were supposed to be GOOD - not evil and self-serving. I did not expect a fortune, but at least half - my central air conditioning needs to be replaced and I can't even do that with $1,258.00. I wish I had used someone else!!!

Disappointed !! Called about the class action lawsuit against Bank of America home modifications and received a denial letter but then tells me to hurry and file before time runs out. Isn't that why we contact you all? A commercial was playing with your number to contact you about this. Which we done. So tired of this run around. I feel I'm dealing with BANK OF AMERICA all over again. They have lost "papers" and delayed our modifications but we aren't qualified. Over it all
