I got in a bad car accident while I was on my bike that landed me in the hospital. I called Gordon McKernan while I was still in the hospital and worked with attorney Matthew Reed to make a case for myself. Matthew was kind, responsive, and kept me up to date through each step of the process making it all very easy to understand and follow. My case was won and now I'm able to get back on my feet and get things back to normal in my life. Highly recommend giving them a call if you need help.

We used an associate from this firm's Alexandria office named Michael Seaton, after a injuries from a car accident led to spinal surgery. Mr. Seaton was not only able to get the liable party's insurance company to pay, he found additional obscure coverage in our own car insurance policy and successfully compelled them to pay as well, even though our vehicle wasn't involved in the accident. Very impressive! I'd recommend Mr. Seaton in the future to anyone with an accidental injury claim.

I’m an 30 year disabled Army veteran whom on 12 July 2023 were refused entry and services in Family Dollar Store #11068 in DeRidder, La and was issued an Trespass citation from DeRidder Police Department for having my register/ certified service animal accompany me and was not allowed and refused to be checked at the register for medication needed at the time for my pain and symptoms.
