Kevin is the best lawyer in all of Arizona. He helped me understand my possibilities really well, the laws too and a real plan to help me. He took the time to answer all my messages with details. He really took all my requests into consideration. I am French and my English is not perfect, I do not know the laws well also in America. But with Kevin everything was so clear. He will definitely be my lawyer for all my life. He is the most humane and compassionate and honest person I have ever met in America. He's not just a lawyer, he has something even more powerful, like an angel. I am filled with gratitude that God put it on my path. Thank you Kevin for being such a perfect human being Thx thx
We have used Kevin multiple times and other attorneys in his firm for over 20 years. We have always been well taken care of. I have recommended many friends and family members to Kevin Chapman and his firm and everyone has always been happy with their experience. Everyone in the firm is very nice, helpful, & honest. I highly recommend this firm for all of your legal needs!
If you are able to afford Brian, he is the best that money can buy. We interviewed numerous attorneys and he is the only one that could give us concrete answers and came up with an offensive strategy rather than let the prosecutor dictate everything. I can't recommend him enough.

Hired Law Firm
The information and counsel that we received was not good. It was handled by a law student and the legal counsel was not dependable. We are 6 months + into the chapter 13 and still have not finalized the agreement. The pc left the company and we were handed over to another attorney that had been hired to replace the original attorney and to take over for the law student. New attorney is good but ended not being able to keep what they assured us we would. Very disappointing.
They charge highly inflated amounts and have 3-5 people doing the same task and billing for all people on the task. They are very slow to respond to critical issues and will not back you in court for advice they give you. You will be left hanging and they will offer no help with redirect. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. They will stop working on your case if you do not pay them at their ridiculously high fee rates fast enough. They are unethical.
They totally blew the case. Did not file paperwork properly. Never communicated with the clients without being prompted. One partner left the firm during the suit virtually destroying any chance of settlement.
Reviews
These client and peer reviews are from the Martindale-Avvo Legal Network.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
