I had a positive experience with Colton Johnson working as my fiduciary's attorney so when it came time to probate my mother's estate there was no question that I was going to transition to Ryan Hodges. Again this became a difficult situation when other family members hired an attorney to challenge her will. After many emails and much negotiation we were able to arrive at a settlement that was agreeable to all parties. Throughout it all Ryan was in constant communication with me. Unfortunately our youngest brother passed away in July of 2023. None of the family lived in the Arizona area so finding an Attorney to represent us long distance was scary. My parents died about a month apart. They had a Will done and identified me as the personal representative so we were in need of someone to assist with the probate process. This was the first time we dealt with death and the aftermath of it on a personal level and it was all overwhelming and confusing. After completing about 3 consults we decided on Jackson White, attorney Ryan Hodges because their fees were lower, he explained things in a way that was easy to understand versus the other consults we did, also as a nice coincidence my parents completed their Will at the same law firm in the 90s. I needed someone to wade thru the Probate legal steps quickly, efficiently and communicate all the Probate / Court actions needed along the way.
