Mr. Durkin is an example of integrity in a world that doesnt understand that concept. He is very good at his field and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He is compassionate and yet will help protect his clients.
During a challenging approximately two-year probate process, Ryan provided valuable assistance, especially considering the international aspects involved. His clear, step-by-step guidance and frequent check-ins kept us informed and on track which helped us navigate the process smoothly.
My mother passed away and I needed an AZ attorney to shepherd the estate through probate. I chose JacksonWhite Law because their initial online checklist was so helpful that I didn't look anywhere else after that. Ryan Hodges always communicated promptly and with accuracy and efficiency, and -- this is key -- based on all this, I fully understood the process steps, including upcoming and next-steps. It proceeded like clockwork.
I had a positive experience with Colton Johnson working as my fiduciary's attorney so when it came time to probate my mother's estate there was no question that I was going to transition to Ryan Hodges. Again this became a difficult situation when other family members hired an attorney to challenge her will. After many emails and much negotiation we were able to arrive at a settlement that was agreeable to all parties. Throughout it all Ryan was in constant communication with me. His communications were always clear, concise and timely. Needless to say, this was an unpleasant experience and I have to say that having Ryan as my attorney I felt totally supported. His advice was thoughtful and spot-on throughout. I was very pleased and couldn't have been happier with the service I received from these two attorneys at Jackson White.
Unfortunately our youngest brother passed away in July of 2023. None of the family lived in the Arizona area so finding an Attorney to represent us long distance was scary. Our fears were quickly put to rest after my preliminary conference call with Ryan Hodges. He took the time to explain the probate process and detailed exactly what we should expect. He provided us with a detailed timeline that was spot on. Throughout the whole process, he responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. He was compassionate and professional throughout this whole process. We were kept informed constantly. Our was an uncontested probate which did make thing easier, but we are certain his attention to detail would have been the same even if there would have been disputes. We have no hesitation in recommending Ryan and Jackson, White to anyone needing a skilled professional Attorney to handle their probate needs.
My parents died about a month apart. They had a Will done and identified me as the personal representative so we were in need of someone to assist with the probate process. This was the first time we dealt with death and the aftermath of it on a personal level and it was all overwhelming and confusing. After completing about 3 consults we decided on Jackson White, attorney Ryan Hodges because their fees were lower, he explained things in a way that was easy to understand versus the other consults we did, also as a nice coincidence my parents completed their Will at the same law firm in the 90s. Ryan was helpful throughout the whole process, he gave step by step instructions and when we didn't understand something or had a question (which felt like a lot) he was always responsive to our emails and had some phone call exchange as well. He helped resolve a hiccup with the Title agency and addressed it ASAP. We would recommend him to others
My mother lived in Arizona, I live in Florida. Ryan was incredibly helpful navigating what needed to be done and how to do it. Always responded to my questions immediately. I am grateful for his assistance in this stressful process; made being out-of-state seamless.
I had a probate matter, somewhat involved and with complications. I needed someone with experience. I knew enough about the law and probate matters to be able to judge if an attorney was being straightforward. After calling several firms and getting wildly different answers and vague assertions, Ryan Hodges was breath of fresh air – very professional, competent, and, above all else, honest. He handled the matter perfectly. He responded promptly to any concerns or inquiries, offering clear and precise guidance on how to proceed. My case went smoothly and the matter can finally be put to rest. His pricing was transparent, clear, and very reasonable – no hidden fees or surprises. I wholeheartedly recommend Ryan Hodges - without reservation. He is a top-tier attorney.
I needed someone to wade thru the Probate legal steps quickly, efficiently and communicate all the Probate / Court actions needed along the way. I was impressed and never was left waiting and wondering. Definitely worth the meager fee to relieve myself of all the Court processes and hassles. Every step was given attention in the utmost professional manner and communication was top notch!
Jackson/White Attorneys have been instrumental twice in cutting through the confusion of providing legal safety nets for our elderly family members in situations where we knew what we wanted but didn’t know how to make it happen. In 2018, we became aware that wills and trusts that were prepared by a previous law firm had gaps between what we thought we had and reality. We chose to correct the problems with Jackson/White Attorneys to create: Revocable Living Trust, Last Will and Testament, Durable Financial Power of Attorney; and Living Will. The collection provided 5 years of useful and comforting legal authorizations. In 2023, when it was time to update, Ryan Hodges, of Jackson/White Attorneys built on the foundation that his firm had established with a precise understanding of our changed needs and the most efficient route through the legal requirements. When you know you have a problem, the advice of a professional is essential for restoring peace of mind. Ryan, thank you
