Deanne was very knowledgeable and understanding to the family law issues and how the law works when it is regarding children. She and her team helped me through a difficult situation for the 2 years that I had to endure the issues that my family and I had to face. She was not easily swayed when it only came to the stories of either side. She is great at accessing the situation as it relates to children and how both parties need to joint parent and be fair. She has renewed my faith in the system.

I recommend David 100%!! I found myself in a very terrible situation. My divorce had been filed 18 months before, and I realized I had a trial date set less than a week away. I had no lawyer. My spouse’s attorney was just waiting to steamroll over me. The fear that I felt immobilized me. I was in an awfully bad and dangerous situation. A very good person sent me David’s phone number. I called over the weekend, spoke to him on Monday and explained that the trial was set for the coming Thursday. David agreed to help me. The other side would not agree to a continuance. My prior attorney was out of town so I could not get my file sent to David. I gathered the information that I could, and David spent two days reviewing and evaluating everything. He mapped out a trial strategy, but the best outcome was to try and negotiate a settlement. Many phone calls to my spouse’s attorney, hours with me sitting in his office, and finally late Wednesday night, David finalized a settlement.

I didn’t know what my rights were as a Dad but DeeAn guided me through my divorce and child custody with exceptional professionalism. My case was appealed to the AZ Supreme Court and DeeAn batted a thousand with every Judge along the way. Six years after the final divorce the nightmare returned. DeeAn guided me through the custody process protecting me and my children while exposing my ex as the appalling person she had turned into. Well, when I called DeeAn, I had no rights at all. Was completely cut off from my son. I had been working with another attorney who was horrible. {para}DeeAn scheduled to see me immediately, and by the end of our initial consultation I had a visit with my son the very next day! {para}DeeAn is calm and deliberate. She is truly Passionate about helping people, and she is armed with one of the most pleasant, non confrontational voices I have ever heard. That, coupled with decades of experience in family law make her an ace in the court room. {para}I am pleased to say that DeeAn was able to secure the best resolution possible in my case. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
