Would notify me a day before/even after court imposed deadlines for the doc's necessary for court. Gave his word but chose not to file a motion to potentially return me to my home before trial. Languished in hotel. Home Damaged. Filed a motion to postpone trial without my knowledge. so much more. This Land Mine is now marked.
