Leave a review about your experience with this firm.When I needed to set up a revocable trust, a lawyer friend recommended a particular attorney who joined this firm after closing his own individual practice, where I first met with him. I could not have hoped for a better person to work with than he was. His service and counsel were exemplary, and when he was ready to retire from the firm, he did an update on my estate and introduced me to another member of the firm for future reference.
Excellent tax attorney for individual and corporate purposes. Also an extremely good estate planner. Has expertise in setting up corporations as well as closing them. Handles personal, small business, and large corporation tax matters. Highly recommend.
Very thorough and qualified, but slow on getting job done, which charged me more.. Overall, the experience was good, her assistant was very willing and helpful.
On May 5, 2021, I purchased my home at 3270 Scenic hwy Memphis TN 38128. My closing agent in the transaction was Mike Fearnly at Apperson Crump PLC. Mike Fearnley and Apperson Crump PLC allowed the sale of the property without properly notifying me that there was a current hazardous lien on the property, due to the fact this property was used to manufacture METH (Methamphetamine). This information was intentionally omitted. I was denied my refinance by Avalon Capital strictly on the basis, that the property was used as a meth lab, and it has a hazardous lien on the property assessed by the city. This prevented me from making the necessary improvements on my home and cause further deterioration of my property, which will require additional monies to correct. Let this be a warning. If you are an out of state investor, beware! These people are poor communicators and guaranteed to potentially cost you money due to their poor oversight and lack of due diligence.
