Very poor responsiveness, assertiveness and handling issues.
They mishandled my case and when I explained to them what happened they realized it as well and wanted to re-charge me to fix it. The paperwork that was filed was novice at best and needless to say I was charged a great amount for very little service. I did better my first day in Family Court with a new lawyer then I did with over a year with Bruce Guttman and Steve Garguilo.
