Van Fossen, P.A., we focus on helping seniors and their families with estate planning, probate & trust administration, VA & Medicaid planning, guardianship, civil litigation, silver divorce, and case management. Our goal is to help our valued clients protect everyone they love and everything they own. We strive to accomplish this by utilizing a variety of legal strategies, together with our most powerful tool… We Listen.

The Law Office of Amy B. Van Fossen, P.A. believes in giving back to the community, and is the recipient of the Business Partner of the Year Award for both Holland Elementary and Palm Bay Elementary schools 2015 – 2016. We had an initial consultation with Amy Van Fossen shortly after our mother’s passing and she was very informative regarding the various aspects of our mother’s estate plan and suggested the most logical path forward. Ms. Van Fossen has assembled a great team and working with Tyler, Jennifer, and Katie has made this process much easier to understand as we finalized and closed out the estate.

When working through a title document with a number of outstanding items to resolve on behalf of my parents' trust, in order to sell their home, I reached out to Katie for research on a noted legal action. I was unable to remotely access the information about the case listed in the title document, and Katie had the answer for me within minutes along with a copy of the court case. I was quickly able to provide feedback to the title company that the case was unrelated to my deceased father, and clear that important line item for closing. I really appreciated Katie's quick and thorough response to my question!
