Erb Legal routinely created barriers to resolving my dissolution. They ignored the details of my case and my express wishes in negotiations, they would make changes to legal documentation without confirming them with me or providing redline copies to indicate what had been changed, and in total offered absolutely no value at all to my dissolution case. When I informed Mr. Erb of these failures, he told me he would "investigate it, provide me with a review of his findings, and make it right." He has done no such thing. In sum, I paid his office nearly $10,000 to ruin a dissolution case where my former partner and I were able to negotiate an agreement on our own. That is correct; all Erb Legal had to do was represent that agreement in writing and the case would have been over. But they were unable to do that and their failures cost me tens of thousands of dollars. There is nothing of value in being represented by Thomas Erb.
I’m and abused mother who had my baby wrongfully taken from me my babies father forge my signature. I came to him for help, I gave him the forgery I gave him all the proof of abuse I gave him all of the evidence. I paid him $10,000 in less than three months, all he did was help my babies father cover up the forgery. And he treated me horribly. He even told me on our first visit he said he loves screwing people, he said give your babies father what he wants and then you won’t go to jail for five years over another fake police report And then the DV case will be dropped and will place an emergency hearing once your hair follicle test comes back negative.I gave him six years of clean randoms a clean hair And my hair follicle test came back negative. He promised a emergency hearing all my doctors psychiatrist everyone to testify.He said I was going to get a standing ovation they were going to give me my baby back and they were going to throw baby’s father in jail. Nope I’m worse off now
