My case has been noted by many as one of the most difficult divorce, custody & visitation cases in Virginia. Over the past eleven (11) years I have been in and out of court countless times, and at huge expense. I am a father who has been fighting for my right to have a normal & meaningful relationship with my two children, without harassment, literally countless false allegations, CPS and even police investigations. All unfounded yet always still treated like a criminal. My children's mother has been relentless, yet successful in her ill agenda in keeping me from my children. {para}I've had two other attorney's prior to Maciej Zebrak. It's been a great experience, as far as court goes anyway. About as good as court is going to get.{para}I had not seen my son since 2008. Now 2015, Maciej got me my son back. I now have custody. These attorneys are up against a backwards system of Justice, yet Maciej came through. He had the right words, asked the right questions and truly reviewed the documentation I gave him. he was prepared. Court is tricky. Sometimes you can have the best evidence, the best testimony, and still come out loosing. I can't imagine doing what he does because, there are no guarantees. All I can say is that I have been very happy, I'm sleeping well again, I see my son everyday, and more importantly, my son is happier than he's ever been. Easy to understand compassionate informed

Selecting Maciej Zebrak to handle my divorce proceeding was an excellent choice. I knew nothing about Virginia divorce law and I needed to be walked through this process. Mr. Zebrak was very professional, constantly informing me of each step along the way and thoroughly answering any questions that I asked. And of utmost importance for me, he stayed in contact at each step along the way, continuously informing me of what would/may happen. I highly recommend his services.

Mr. Zebrak took my case with very little notice. My child custody case was very complex. Mr. Zebrak was affordable and professional. We won my case with a better outcome than I could have expected.

I hired attorney zebrak back in 2017 for a case regarding two of my children. He told me i had a good case and I provided evidence against the other parent. 1 there was no marriage and there was no paternity established, I had an emergency custody order and he said nothing when the other lawyer stated I kept the kids from their father. I provided evidence showing during that emergency order, the kids indeed seen their father. He did not use that in court. He did not use any evidence, shut down and didn't defend me. Afterwards, he covered me to agree to the terms of the other parent. So I did because I was financially out of money. Don't waster your time. He will not defend you.

I am continually baffled by his good reviews. They've got to be done by friends and family. While my case was challenging, and perhaps doomed from the start due to one unsurmountable issue, a decent lawyer would not have just gone into shutdown mode in court. He used ZERO of my evidence, did nothing to help my case in any kind of defense or offense, and refused to meet my gaze or speak to me when we lost. He was completely impotent. Poor communication and follow-through. A complete disaster.
