Craig Evans has been with this firm since I believe the early 1980s and is still going strong. You will not find a more experienced, determined, knowledgeable and personable attorney to represent you. His demeanor in the courtroom is second to none with an ease and logic that he applies when presenting his case and representing his clients to also his interactions with everyone he comes into contact with. And on the day I was with him in Court, everyone was coming to him to ask his opinion on something or just to enjoy a conversation with him. That alone speaks volumes. I highly recommend him.

Hired Attorney Barbara H. Earp

I hired Ms. Earp to represent my son after she was assigned to represent him as a public defender. I figured if she spent that much time helping him as a public defender, she would surely be great to work with as a paid attorney. She was wonderful! Ms Earp represented my son in Hanover and Chesterfield. Ms Earp met with us several times. She was well organized and she explained things well. She was able to get the best outcomes we could hope for. That is a win to me!! I would recommend her to anyone in need of a good lawyer.

My son was assigned Barbara Earp as his public defender for a case 2 years ago. She was the only public defender that actually reached out to him in advance of the trial to discuss his case. After that my son got into some additional trouble and I selected Barbara Earp as our paid attorney. She was wonderful. Ms Earp represented my son in Hanover and Chesterfield. She met with us numerous times. Explained the situation and options. She came well prepared and had great outcomes in both cases. I would recommend her to anyone in need of representation.

I sincerely wish to cheerfully & energetically highly recommend my talented and compassionate divorce attorney, Barbara H. Earp, Esquire. Barbara kindly, patiently and with an intellectual savviness diligently worked with me over a fairly long and contentious divorce process. I actually even live an hour away from Barbara's Law Firm of McCaul Martin, P.C. in a more rural setting. However, I definitely made the correct decision to go with her indeed. Long story short is that before I discovered Barbara, I was extremely likely going to lose my beloved, long time home etc. during the prolonged & complex divorce ordeal. We had our first sit down & got to know each other some. Barbara also gave me much needed & exemplary advice. Therefore, I immediately retained Barbara Earp. Together we carefully developed a strategic game plan in order to proceed. In the end, I was able to somehow achieve all of my desired goals & my long divorce process finally came to a successful conclusion!

I was fortunate when I chose Shannon Hoehl to be my attorney. Her resume is impressive. She has years of experience as both a prosecutor and judge, and now she rounds out that experience serving as a criminal defense attorney. Of course, I did not know about her experience at the time when I was first seeking legal help. I was in a panic, calling various area attorneys, one of which referred me to Ms. Hoehl. Along with her experience, her demeanor and plan of action reassured me that she would work hard on my behalf, and I was further reassured by her later efforts and prompt replies to my inquiries. Obviously, one needs to be realistic. Attorneys cannot rewrite laws or change facts, but Ms. Hoehl exceeded my expectations by negotiating an outcome that was not only fair but magnanimous. I am confident that in less skilled hands, I would not have fared nearly as well. I am grateful and pleased with Ms. Hoehl’s services, and I strongly recommend her to anyone else in similar need.
