As an attorney by training, I asked if I could do some of the legal work myself. They agreed that I could and I provided a licensing agreement for the parking component of the plan. The attorney assigned to us reviewed the agreement and agreed that it was adequate. He asked if it was alright to have the Real Estate Division review it, to which I agreed provided it did not add a great deal of additional expense. The RE division reviewed it, changed nothing and charged $875. End of contract!

Brian Shea is the WORST! Ask for a new lawyer if you get him picked out of the Hat!! The level of unprofessionalism is unmatched. I basically worked my own case with him reaping the benefits along the way!! TRUST ME RUN!!!

They abuse of their billing and invoicing. They invent time and delay collection process to add to their fees. Very unethical and not Honorable.
