I couldn't speak more highly of Mr. Nugent and his work. Charles is friendly and is able to quickly explain a developing case to his clients in layman's terms without speaking down to those without legal backgrounds. His work is exemplary and he produced a result above and beyond my wildest expectations. What another lawyer may have seen as a tough and hard slip and fall legal battle Mr. Nugent saw as an opportunity to get his client, me, a settlement that equaled my pain and suffering.
He did an unbelievable job on a very difficult case, and won it on an appeal
Mr. Nugent has been my lawyer for the last five years and he has represented me in a Workman's comp case, a construction accident lawsuit case, as well as multiple municipal court hearings. Mr. Nugent represented me in a felony case and got me off the proverbial hook. I will be forever grateful for Charles and his amazing team that he has for guiding me through one of the hardest times in my life and being on my team.
Doesn't listen thoroughly to what you tell him. He grabs at one aspect of a problem and tries to figure the easiest way to SETTLE the mater without really evaluating your guilt or innocence.
