My problem (to me) was very complicated, but Mr.Britt broke it into categories, set me up with an accountant who could navigate through two years of tax preparer problems and issues relative to my son who passed away in 2014. He recognized my anxiety and was calm and understanding. He definitely was not trolling for my business; he guided me to another professional. He was personable and professional at the same time, which as a retired RN I recognized and appreciated.
Mr. Britt goes the extra mile for his clients, easily reached by email and phone. Very thorough and follows through to the end.
Dan did an excellent job instructing several classes of high school students on the issue of due process rights.
Dan is what a lawyer should be...not snarky, but also realistic. He is able to take complicated issues and explain them to regular people. You feel you have someone who will do the best he can and will work with you on fees, and you know that he will take your calls, and keep your emotions in check. I would trust Dan as more than family, and we are talking a lawyer...you know what I mean. Great values person, and great knowledge.
