My problem (to me) was very complicated, but Mr.Britt broke it into categories, set me up with an accountant who could navigate through two years of tax preparer problems and issues relative to my son who passed away in 2014. Through Mr Britt's continued improving of his skills through specialized seminars.He learned that there was an obscure alternative type of (offer in compromise )
And when the IRS agent turned down for the typical type of (offer in compromise )He was able to convince the IRS agent that this was a good case for the alternative type of ( offer in compromise ) . If she did not accept that offer it would have $4,000.00 per month payment to the IRS until I died !
